Refund policy

At Bored Munchies, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the perishable nature of our snack products, our policy is structured to protect both our customers and food safety standards. Please review the details below before placing an order.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at boredmunchies@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging.

  • Claims submitted after 24 hours cannot be honored due to the perishable nature of our products.


Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Perishable food items (all snacks and consumables)

  • Opened or partially consumed products

  • Sale items or promotional products

  • Gift cards


Exchanges Only

We do not offer refunds. If your claim is approved, we will provide one of the following:

  • A replacement shipment of the correct or undamaged product

  • Store credit equal to the value of the affected item(s)


How to Start an Exchange Request

  2. Provide your order number and photos of the affected product and packaging.

  3. Our team will review your request and confirm next steps.

Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.
